The establishment of this department is based on combining the science with the community and taking serious care of fundamental spirit of humanity. Interacting on interact with surrounding national local high schools doing the research on psychology science and community service are our mainly goals. In the future, we will increase advanced studies for night school, two classes of day school, two-year vocational class, and in 2004,we will establish a graduate school for applied psychology, looking forward to producing both theoretical and practical personnel, feedback to our own society.

Research Focus:

Industrial/Organizational psychology

Faculty members in the Industrial/Organizational program study indigenous characteristics of Chinese enterprises in various research areas. These include HR, HFE, leadership organizational culture.
